How Are We Doing?

Did project in estimate and timeframe.High quality workmanship,all employees cleaned as they worked @ never left clutter at the end of day.Christian did extra tasks not in quote at no extra charge.Have already hired CHC to replace the windows in our house.

CHC is an outstanding company that I was fortunate enough to work with in 2018. Christian and Brian were the primary people associated with my project and I found them to be highly professional, hardworking, intelligent and dedicated to quality work. Their work included remodeling the kitchen and a bath plus several other major projects including foundation work, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other work that was done to achieve outstanding results. The quality of the work was simply superb. Cleanup occurred on a daily basis. They communicated clearly with me at all times. I trusted them completely. I cannot recommend them highly enough and look forward to working with them in the future.

I had a roof built to cover my existing patio. The work done was excellent and their work ethic was above and beyond. Christian and Brian worked in extreme conditions with many days having a 100 degree plus heat index. I will gladly hire this company for any future projects.

I had repeated problems with vinyl siding on my house coming off at the top and had another contractor fix the same problem the year before and it stayed up for less than a year. I spoke with Christian about the problem and he took the time to do the job right as well as fix a couple of bulges I had elsewhere in the siding.

I have had nothing but a great responses out of the folks at CHC , nevr had em not call me back , they do what they say and did a little extra for me so I couldn't be happier with their work.

CHC Company is the best contracting company around! I knew I liked Christian from the moment I met him. On the initial visit, he looked over everything I wanted to get done. He asked insightful questions, and he took pictures. He didn't try to upsell me on an overpriced vision he had for my home. He gave me a ballpark quote, and then went home and itemized everything to offer an official, fixed price. These prices stayed the same throughout the entire project. As he worked each day, he recorded his progress, so I could see what was happening in a handy app on my phone. His employees were polite and dedicated to making my home dreams come true. As a woman, I was worried about having lots of strange men in and out of my house, but the same 3-4 guy crew showed up every day. Brian, Chris, and Dean all answered my questions and were extremely respectful of my home for the six weeks or so they were here. About a week into the job, I handed them the keys, and I came and went as I pleased because I knew everything was in capable, trustworthy hands. Midway through the job, I also went ahead and booked the team for the next project in 2020. Two years ago, I bought my first home (the American Dream, right?). It needed a little bit of work, so I interviewed/hired a contractor (who took advantage of me), and another (who wouldn't call me back), and another (who was always late), and a neighbor (who stole from me). No one tells you how difficult it is to find an ethical, punctual, reliable, competent, caring contractor, but I finally did, and you can benefit from all my struggles. Do yourself a favor, and hire the right company the first time around, CHC Company.
