CHC Company, LLC is a general construction company that specializes in complex residential renovations, additions, kitchen and bath remodels, and custom homes. Owner Christian Hipp has over 35 years of residential and commercial construction experience. Christian is not merely a 'project manager' but also regularly working with a tool belt on each CHC project.

Christian is not your typical business owner or general contractor. He started doing construction at age 13, through summers and school breaks. He worked for a residential and commercial construction company until age 21, while going to college at night. After exhausting the night program, he started his own construction company so that he could finish his Bachelor's degree. While finishing his bachelor's degree, two master's degrees (Adv. M.Div & M.Phil), and finally a Ph.D (Bioethics), he continued to manage his construction company and exceptional team while logging over 15 years as a tenured college professor. With such an exceptional construction team, he decided to step away from the classroom to be more integrally involved in CHC projects. CHC Company, LLC is licensed for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction, with applicable bonding and insurance for all residential construction. While some construction companies utilize many subcontractors to accomplish the project, Christian and his CHC staff do over 95% of the work on each project. You will see the same personnel each day on your project. Furthermore, CHC has a SEF philosophy for each project - "Start, Execute, Finish". In other words, we schedule your project to start on a particular date, are regularly engaged on your project each working day (weather permitting), and finish on or before the projected completion date.
